We had a family emergency and needed a place to stay. Check in process was super easy. We loved the hot tub! The house is spacious and very clean! The host is so nice! We will be back here in the summer!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful small house in Kansas City, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The house was beautifully decorated, combining modern comforts with a charming, rustic touch. The space was immaculate and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, and I especially enjoyed the peaceful outdoor space for morning coffee. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the vibrant neighborhoods, local eateries, and attractions Kansas City has to offer. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the host. Brie was incredibly responsive, providing helpful tips about the area and ensuring I had everything I needed. It’s evident she genuinely cares about her guests and takes great pride in her property. Overall, my stay was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to return.

a beautiful place to stay, close to so many shops, restaurants, movies and activities. also very close to major highways but very quiet location. i slept great in the peaceful neighborhood in super comfy bed/linens. everything was clean and well stocked. the host was amazing at making sure we had what we needed and response time was instant when we had a question. i recommend this property highly. you will be very well taken care of by kind, caring people. i am so grateful they were a helpful part of my Holiday vacation to Overland Park during the holidays. i felt very at home in this cozy, warm, comfortable setting. what i really liked: garage space to park my car, great showers, very quiet and very comfortable primary suite, cozy living room with large comfy sofa to hang out with my family bunch, a kitchen we cooked easily in with well stocked pots/pans and appliances, and an array of charging options for all our devices. you'll have everything you need here.

A beautiful home away from the busy city action! The home was exactly as described--wonderfully remodeled 1920's home with modern amenties. The beds were VERY comfortable and the two living room areas made the home spacious. We loved the backyard and watching all the natural activity happening. The property management company and the owner were very responsive and fixed our small issues immediately. Should we be back in the KC area, we will definitely return!

We absolutely loved this place because it was really close to the airport and right outside the city in a country setting. The entire house was super clean with a lot of space. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and we loved having the fire pit outside for s’mores with the hanging lights. I highly recommend staying here with your family. We will definitely be back next year.!

I had such a great stay here. The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect and check-in was really easy too. The host was super friendly and quick to reply, which made everything even smoother. I especially loved how it could sleep my whole family comfortably. This place was amazing! It was super clean super kid friendly I was able to fit all eight of us comfortably! The kitchen was fully stocked and they had a lot of different options for our coffee! The manager was super friendly and was always available to help us and respond with any answers to our questions. I would highly recommend renting this place. We will definitely be back when we come back to visit our grandma.
